It is a tremendous honor to win first place in the Intermodal Services Provider category in the 2024 Quest for Quality Awards.

Now in its 41st year and presented by Logistics Management Magazine and Peerless Media, these are the most prestigious awards in the industry because they are based solely on votes by shipper customers, using strict criteria and a rigorous voting and vetting process.

Matson Logistics bested more than 20 other 3PLs for first place and also received the top scores in four of the five categories: Value, IT, Customer Service, and Equipment and Operations. With a weighted score of 60.45, we not only ranked significantly higher than competitors ten times our size, but also scored highest out of all the 117 companies that competed in the 25 land transportation categories this year.

In the last seven years, Matson Logistics has been ranked as Gold finisher five times, with three top rankings.

And more good news! Span Alaska Transportation, our LTL/forwarding carrier serving Alaska from the Lower 48, was ranked second in the highly competitive Western Region LTL Carrier division. It, too, won the highest rating for providing value to customers.
